A Conference Call is Being Set Up by Stanford

CVB Chairwoman Tina Stanford is arranging a conference call to discuss the case I've mentioned.

This is a good development, but it's not wise to expect anything different.

  1. I am so sorry to hear what you are going through as I myself know this all to well. As a victim of a serious crime I too am going through the same bull. I am 3000 miles away in Vancouver Wa.

It took me a year to get these people to finally appove me and then when they did well let's say everyone else but me was compensated.

In September this past year 09, the case manager closed my case and said I was alright. Now this person does not like me, refused me service's even after she told me she believed that injuries that I was complaining about were the result of the crime.

I appealed a Attorney General set up a court date for January 26th 2010. On the 25th I get a call litting me know they canceld and I would be getting notice of when the next would be.

I got that letter yesterday and they want to have a phone court date.

Bullshit how can I prove over the phone my right's as if they don't know them. They plan on denying me, am I right?

best of luck and any advice I could really use it.
